Shipping Policy

  • In stock orders ship within 24 hours.
  • Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
  • If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will shipped to you immediately.
  • Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days.
  • Your order may be shipped Overnight for an additional cost. Overnight shipping is based on when we receive the part from the manufacturer not the day of the order.
  • Oversized shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
  • We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
  • Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
  • If the actual shipping charges are more than what was calculated at checkout, you will be charged the additional shipping charges.
  • There are No International Orders, There are no exceptions.
  • In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
  • We do not ship COD orders.
  • All orders must have a valid Home or Business address. WE DO NOT WILL CALL ORDERS. we do not ship to P.0. Boxes.
  • Oversize items and Heavy Weight items, including but not limited to bumper components, body panels, engines, transmissions, require extra shipping charges; please email us for a quote before ordering. Please Be specific as to what you want to have shipped and have the complete address to which it will be shipped. These items are necessaryI to give an accurate quote for shipping costs. Also some items have core charges you will be notified if your part has one.
  • Discontinued Parts: Not all discontinued and or older parts and/or accessories are available for immediate shipment.
  • Please call or email to confirm availability on shipping of discontinued and/or older parts and/or accessories.
  • There will be no returns or exchanges on discontinued and/or older parts and/or accessories. They are considered “Final Sale."
  • Handling Charge: At checkout, there will be a $3.00 Handling Charge added to every order to cover the cost incurred when packaging your order for shipment.
  • Core Policy: Some parts offered on our site have a "core charge" applied to them. This is a refundable charge that the manufacturer applies to ensure that the old part is returned to us. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to returning cores to us. Remember all core returns must be assembled, clean, complete with no missing parts, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
